The agreement between you and Onboardable when you use the service.
Who we sell to
Onboardable is sold to businesses only.
By placing an order you confirm that you are acting in the course of your trade, business, craft or profession — that you are an Unternehmer within the meaning of § 14 BGB — and not as a consumer within the meaning of § 13 BGB.
Because we contract with businesses only, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for consumer distance contracts does not apply.
Our satisfaction guarantee, set out below, is given voluntarily and is unaffected by this.
The service
Onboardable generates structured onboarding programmes from your questionnaire responses. The output is a structured starting point for you to review, adapt, and complete — it is not a finished training programme and does not include training content. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before using it with your team.
How your programme is produced
Onboardable uses artificial intelligence to generate your programme from the answers you give.
What you receive is a structured draft. It is not professional advice, and it is not reviewed by a person before it reaches you. You are responsible for reviewing it and deciding what is right for your business.
Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, or use the service to generate unlawful or harmful content.
Plans and payment
The free tier gives full visibility of the first 5 days of a generated programme. The full programme can be unlocked for a one-off fee of €299 per programme. The organisation plan (€999 per year) covers unlimited programmes. All prices are net prices for business customers. Any VAT that applies will be shown at checkout.
Satisfaction guarantee: if your generated programme does not meet your needs, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve the issue or refund you in full.
Your content
You retain all rights to the information you provide and to the programmes generated for you. You grant Onboardable the licence needed to store and process that content in order to provide the service. Onboardable retains all rights to the platform itself.
Liability
The service is provided with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, Onboardable is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of generated content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be communicated in advance. These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the German courts.
