Onboardable was built by people who have spent years onboarding revenue teams at fast-growing startups — and who got tired of doing it badly.
Why we built this
Every revenue leader knows the pattern. You hire someone good. They show up on day one and the onboarding plan is a half-written doc, a couple of Loom videos, and a calendar full of unstructured meetings. Three months in, the new hire is still finding their feet — and you are still building the plan as you go.
We saw this at every stage — Series A, Series B, Series C. The teams getting it right had structure: phases, sessions, owners, content, milestones. The teams getting it wrong had good intentions and no plan. The difference in ramp time was enormous.
